Аннотация.

The article is devoted to the activities of EMERCOM of Russia rescuers in emergency situations associated with extreme loads, irregular nutrition, and exposure to extreme temperatures in the Arctic zone and countries with hot climates. Increased requirements for food supply as a key factor in maintaining the occupational health of rescuers are noted. The paper presents practical recommendations for the integration of a new food product into the food supply system, taking into account the regulatory framework and research results of leading institutions of EMERCOM of Russia. Based on the analysis of humanitarian missions
of EMERCOM of Russia in Libya, Serbia, Cuba and Myanmar, specific factors determining the requirements for nutrition of rescuers are identified. It was found that the current norms of food supply for rescuers, including Arctic rations, do not fully compensate for the deficiency of dietary fiber, antioxidants and polyphenols, which are critical for maintaining performance in extreme conditions. The detoxification, prebiotic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effectiveness of the proposed product has been confirmed by calculation. The integral indicator of functional effectiveness indicates a high positive effect of the components. The developed product is recommended for inclusion in Arctic rations and intermediate rations.
