About the Journal

The scientific electronic journal Technosphere Safety was founded in 2013 and specializes in issues of fire and industrial safety, as well as safety in natural and man‑made emergencies.

Technosphere Safety is included in the list of Russian scientific and technical periodicals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) for publishing the main results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Sciences. The journal is also indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and in the international directory of periodicals and serial publications Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory.

The journal publishes articles in the field of research area 05.26.00 Human Activity Safety, including:

• 2.10.1 Fire and Industrial Safety (by industry);

• 3.2.6 Safety in Emergency Situations (by industry).

The contents of all published issues and the full texts of articles are available in open access on this website, as well as on the website of the Russian Scientific Electronic Library (www.elibrary.ru).

Technosphere Safety offers authors the opportunity to present their scientific ideas to a wide range of professionals, and allows readers to stay up to date with current issues in integrated safety.

The journal is published quarterly (4 issues per year).

Aims and Objectives

The publication aims to unite the efforts of scientists and specialists in the field of integrated safety provision, and to highlight the results of scientific research and testing in the areas of technosphere safety and protection in emergency situations.

The main goal of Technosphere Safety is to convey to the scientific community, as well as to educators and students, the latest research findings conducted by Russian and international scientists in the field of integrated safety.

The scientific concept of the journal involves publishing modern achievements in fire and industrial safety and in safety during emergency situations, including theoretical and practical works addressing a wide range of challenges faced by researchers in their work.
