Аннотация.

The article justifies the need to develop and mass-produce small-sized engineering technical equipment that is characterized by low weight, small dimensions, and mobility (maneuverability, agility, and cross-country capability), which enables rescuers to quickly move and effectively use it in confined spaces (worksites) where a standard technological process for emergency and rescue operations in the area of building and structure destruction is organized. It is noted that the feasibility of using this equipment is обусловлен by the need to apply more advanced, gentle methods of ensuring access and freeing (unblocking) the victims, based not on the wholesale rough dismantling of the debris, but on more careful, precise work. The advantages of using various types of small-scale equipment when carrying out debris clearance work
to ensure access and unblocking, and to extract the victims, taking into account the performance of operations involving the movement (lifting), shifting (displacement), and destruction (cutting, dismembering, crushing) of the debris of destroyed buildings and structures, are described. The use of these technical means can be particularly effective when they are used in conjunction with belt conveyors and transporters designed to mechanize the movement of small fragments of construction structures.
