Аннотация.

The article proposes an algorithm for using artificial intelligence to support decision making in the face of the dangers that arise during or as a result of military conflicts. The relevance of the article is due to the need to integrate existing information systems used to address issues related to the protection of the population and territories with an algorithm that evaluates the ability of available forces to perform the tasks of restoring facilities as quickly as possible. When analyzing the application of the artificial intelligence algorithm, the linear optimization method and probabilistic-statistical methods were used. A general algorithm for assessing the significance of objects in the system of protective measures is proposed. It is also offered to use a database on the progress of eliminating the consequences of negative factors to determine the time required to restore facilities, based on a coefficient that characterizes the ability of units to carry out restoration work. The application of artificial intelligence in the analysis of such databases will allow the calculation of the corresponding coefficient of the possibility of carrying out work by the existing unit, with the determination of the time of carrying out the work. This approach will let decision-makers take into account both the significance of the affected facility and the time factor when carrying out restoration work. The conclusion is made about the possibility of using the algorithm in the practical activities of management bodies.
