Аннотация.

The article discusses the problem of information support for the management activities of heads of social service institutions in the field of fire safety. The relevance of the study is due to the high social significance of these facilities, which are characterized by the round-the clock presence of low-mobility and non-mobile groups of the population, as well as systemic deficiencies in the organization of fire safety, confirmed by statistical data on fires and their severe consequences. Based on a systematic analysis of existing management models, retrospective statistical data on fires in social service institutions for the period from 2007 to 2023, and the results of an expert survey of heads of organizations, a component structure of information support for the management decision-making process was identified and structured. The functional organization of the system is proposed, detailed in the form of three blocks: fire prevention, minimization of negative consequences and complex integrating functions. The key information components are identified: the regulatory framework, data on the state of the protected facility, the results of fire risk analysis, statistical reporting, information about personnel, financial and economic indicators, as well as information about the external environment. The results of the study can be used to improve fire safety management systems in social institutions.
